RCJ LUXE – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Us

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from RCJ LUXE LTD ("RCJ LUXE", "we", "us" or "our").

RCJ LUXE sells premium wigs, hair bundles and related hair products.

By placing an order with RCJ LUXE, you enter into a contract with RCJ LUXE LTD subject to these Terms and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, lengths, textures, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Because human hair is a natural product, minor variations in colour, texture, wave or curl pattern may occur between products.

The appearance of colours may also vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

These natural variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We may change our prices from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Placing an Order

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout, including the product, texture, length, quantity and delivery information.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. Your order will be processed subject to availability and successful payment.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for products we cannot supply.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers made available through our Shopify checkout.

RCJ LUXE does not require customers to provide card details directly to us outside the authorised checkout process.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Please ensure that the delivery information you provide is accurate and complete.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Nothing in this section affects any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Products supplied by RCJ LUXE must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

Please provide your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to help us understand the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Hair Care and Product Use

Customers should follow appropriate care instructions for wigs, bundles and other hair products.

Hair may be damaged by inappropriate bleaching, colouring, excessive heat, chemical processing, installation, maintenance or the use of unsuitable products.

However, this provision does not exclude or restrict RCJ LUXE's responsibility where a product was faulty, not as described or otherwise failed to comply with your statutory rights when supplied.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been a genuine error, subject to applicable law and any contractual rights that have already arisen.

11. Intellectual Property

The RCJ LUXE name, branding, logos, website content, graphics and original photographs and other materials owned by RCJ LUXE are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission except where permitted by law.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our online services available and accurate but cannot guarantee that they will always operate without interruption.

We may maintain, modify or update our website and online store from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Payment and other information may also be processed by third-party service providers used to operate our online store and fulfil transactions.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those presented to you when you place that order. We will not retrospectively change an existing contract simply by publishing new Terms.
